Hi, I’m Chris Diava


Certified Hypnotherapist, RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) Therapist & Founder of Sanctum of Self With over 20 years’ experience as an educator in Sydney and London, I’ve always been drawn to helping people grow.


But like many, I reached a point in life where I began to ask deeper questions:


Is this enough? What is my true purpose?


During the quiet and introspective time of COVID, I kept encountering posts by Marisa Peer world-renowned speaker, RTT trainer, and best-selling author.


It felt like the universe was tapping me on the shoulder. Her words resonated deeply, as if my phone had been listening to my thoughts.


I’ve always been on a healing journey, endlessly curious about how the mind works, eager to unpack my own patterns and triggers. And something about her message spoke straight to my soul. Becoming an RTT hypnotherapist has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life.


I help people uncover the root causes of their traumas, addictions, and limiting beliefs, and guide them in reframing and transforming the negative into the empowering.


Through this work, I witness transformations that are nothing short of profound. And it all begins in the mind.

In childhood, we form beliefs about ourselves and the world based on what we hear, see, and feel. A single comment, a moment of fear, or a repeated message can become a powerful blueprint for how we view our worth, our abilities, and our place in the world. These beliefs often live in the subconscious, quietly shaping our choices, emotions, and reactions well into adulthood. 


This is where Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) steps in. RTT is a powerful therapeutic approach that works with the subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of unwanted behaviours, self-doubt, fears, phobias, and negative patterns. 


Through guided hypnosis, clients are able to access the subconscious—bypassing the critical, analytical mind—and revisit the moments where limiting beliefs were first formed. In this relaxed, yet highly focused state, the mind becomes receptive to insight and transformation. 


We identify the meaning the mind attached to those early experiences and, most importantly, we reframe them. This reframing allows the mind to let go of outdated programming and replace it with empowering, supportive beliefs.

Session Delivery: 


All RTT sessions are conducted online. Many clients find they feel more relaxed and open in the comfort of their own space. The quality and depth of the therapy remains equally effective as in-person sessions. 


Please Note: PTSD, severe trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, or weight-related issues may require 2–3 sessions for full transformation. You’ll receive guidance on this during your introductory call.

No, absolutely not. You remain fully aware and in control at all times during hypnotherapy. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. Think of it as a deeply relaxed, daydream-like state where you are always safe and able to make your own choices.
